Refund Policy
Returns (7 Days)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your item and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email shop@ballermerch.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time due to possible delays.
We ship domestically and internationally using major carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
